Dr. Palmira Testa is the owner of River Oaks Dental Arts and has been caring for patients for nearly 32 years. Her approach to dentistry is rooted in precision, longevity, and a deep respect for the trust patients place in her. She is known for combining advanced clinical techniques with a thoughtful, aesthetic eye, particularly in cosmetic and restorative dental care.

Dr. Testa’s areas of focus include cosmetic, general, and restorative dentistry, smile transformation, and laser dentistry. She is Invisalign Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and she maintains active membership in professional organizations, including the ADA, TDA, AGD, and AACD. 

What Dr. Testa values most is the connection she builds with her patients. She believes exceptional dentistry begins with listening, taking time to understand concerns, and explaining each step of care clearly. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing a patient’s response during a smile makeover reveal and knowing they have felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. 

For patients who feel anxious about visiting the dentist, Dr. Testa wants them to know that their concerns matter. She takes the time to understand what makes each patient uncomfortable and works carefully to prevent pain, explain procedures in advance, and give patients a sense of control throughout their visit. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Testa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, listening to music, and watching sports. If she weren’t practicing dentistry, she imagines herself teaching and mentoring the next generation of dentists— though she can’t picture a career any more fulfilling than the one she’s chosen.
